State Games of the West, Senior State Road Champs.
The omnium is part of the State Games of the West. This doesn't affect the race except that the top three in all catagories will receive a state games medal. For more go to State Games of the West - http://www.thesportscorp.org/html/sportsCorp/SGW2008/
Day-of registration closes 1 HOUR prior to the start of each race; includes 2nd crit.
You must preregister online or by mail to race all three events or to race the TT.

All events are sanctioned by the American Cycling Association (ACA). All competitors must show an ACA license. ACA licenses can be purchased on-site.
Cyclists must wear their helmets during warm-up and competition. The Cycling Commissioners and/or event staff reserve the right to cancel or delay any portion or the entire race in the event of unsafe weather.
Medals will be awarded to the top finishers in each event as well as the Omnium (all three events combined). All riders will be scored under ACA rules and in addition to State Games of the West medals, will be competing for the Colorado Senior Road Championships and Tour of Colorado points.
Bar/Bat for Juniors and Masters: Omnium. Seniors: Road Race only.
Omnium points and rules per ACA Section 20. All riders are eligible for Omnium Points, this includes one-day racers. Final results based on cumulate points for all 3 stages. You do not need to race all three events to be eligible for the Omnium overall.
Junior's Omnium is scored for the Time Trial and Crit only, you can race a senior cat for the RR, but it will not count for Omnium points.
Only current Colorado ACA annual members are eligible for the ACA State Championship title.
Yellow line rule will be enforced. Wheels in - wheels out for the Crit.
Wheel lottery for the RR, you will be informed at registration if you must put wheels in the truck. If you don't have spare wheels alternate riders will be selected. This is to reduce confusion and limit the need for large vehicles on the course.
RR course is closed to all traffic. Support and spectators will be shuttled to and from feed zone/finish from Alpine park. Bus leaves every 30 minutes.
Results will be posted at the Start/Finish and at Amicas Restaurant.
